As we scale, we are investing in a founding Enterprise CSM who will ensure Parentaly consistently delivers on its promise of business continuity while building long-term advocates across HR, employee, and manager stakeholders.

The Role

We're hiring our founding Enterprise CSM, a senior, hands-on operator who will own the full client experience post-sale.

This role is the single accountable owner of retention, growth, and ROI for our Tier 1 clients. You'll manage relationships across HR buyers, managers, and employees; drive utilization and program completion; lead renewals and expansion; and serve as the connective tissue between clients and every internal team at Parentaly.

You'll report directly to the founder and CEO and you'll have real ownership and influence over how the company scales.

What You'll Own

  • Client relationships and retention. You're the primary point of contact for HR buyers and internal champions. You build multi-threaded relationships, lead business reviews, flag risk early, and convert satisfied clients into long-term advocates.
  • Program progression. Our parental leave program has a lifecycle and you will own it end-to-end. You will track milestones, close gaps, and work with our Experience Team to make sure every participant crosses the finish line.
  • Utilization and awareness. You partner with clients, through tailored awareness campaigns, events and content, to hit enrollment goals and drive ongoing program engagement.
  • Internal feedback loop. You are the voice of the client back to our internal teams. You surface trends, flag what's not working, and help make our programs better over time.

  • You can both run a renewal conversation with the SVP of Total Rewards at a Fortune 500 company and do the hundreds of small, minor (sometimes tedious) tasks required to keep our accounts healthy

This is not a role for someone who wants to manage relationships from a dashboard. It's for someone who wants to build something.
