The Role

We’re looking for a self-motivated Account Executive (Contract) who can create value for real estate investors and property developers by connecting them with Abode Money’s service. You will drive growth by cultivating relationships, identifying prospects, and closing new business with high-value clients who manage multiple properties. You excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and can build trust quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and manage a pipeline of leads from initial contact to close

  • Effectively communicate Abode Money’s value proposition to multi-property clients, from developers and real estate investors to families with a second home

  • Identify pain points for clients and tailor solutions to meet their needs

  • Coordinate with the support team to deliver a seamless onboarding experience

  • Track and analyze sales metrics to inform strategy and execution

  • Adapt quickly to market feedback and iterate on sales tactics for continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of sales or account executive experience, preferably in tech, fintech, or real estate

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Experience managing a sales pipeline with CRM tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling to homeowners or within real estate technology

  • Familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and workflows

  • Previous experience at a startup or in a fast-growth environment

Contract Details

  • Short to mid-term contract with potential for full-time conversion

  • Able to work remotely
